The Music Lesson Soundtrack
With the success of The Music Lesson–A Spiritual Search for Growth Through Music, Wooten’s ground-breaking and thought-provoking novel, Victor recorded an audiobook version of the story. The audio version includes the voices of the people who inspired each character as well as musical performances by Bela Fleck, Howard Levy, Eric Struthers, Federico Peña, The Wooten Brothers and more. It also received an AUDIE nomination – the equivalent of a GRAMMY nomination.
This album includes some of the music from the official soundtrack of the audiobook. Like a movie soundtrack, this collection includes compositions of different styles, moods, tempos, and instrumentation. The 31 primarily instrumental tracks once again provide a showcase for Victor’s writing and scoring capabilities.
